Cool feature (Dual screen) but lots of let down such main screen not touch. Software laggy. Too pricy compare to other laoptop with same price range vs performance.

Very bad battery with ThinkBook 13s

I purchased a Leveno ThinkBook 13s on March 12, 2020. The battery was died one week ago for not able to be charged. There are just 6 months passed, the battery problem, which seldom happens on other brand laptops in a short time. So, I so surprised and really doubt the quality of this kind of laptop. I do feel that it's risk to buy a ThinkBook.

The worst laptop for having a bad quality!!!

I purchased the ThinkBook 13s on March 12, 2020, but the battery couldn't be charged to full right after a couple of months. Till the 5 months, the battery totally died. I had to send it back to Lenovo for repair. It took 3 weeks to replace the battery for a half to one hour task. After receiving the laptop yesterday, I found the left side speaker had a cracker noise when listen to Windows Cortana instruction. When the reconfiguration was completed, I opened the YouTube music, it was really annoying to listen music with cracker noise background. After switching it my earphone, there was no noise. So, they took a very long time to replace the battery, but caused the speaker issue. It made me so frustrated and wasted me much time on it for checking status via the phone. Bad quality and bad services!!! I will never buy Lenovo again!!!!!

I bought this for providing legal services. The inking screen works while the laptop screen does so I can have clients sign, as I read/edit on the other side. Amazing idea for a paperless transition. The only con I've found so far is that the inking screen will randomly shut off in mid use; I don't think the machine likes to be moved while you're using that.
Compact, lightweight, comes with the e-pen, fast, versatile.
I'm happy!!
