Great but not perfect

Love how crispy the air fryer gets my food! Had a few issues though, there's no burner at the bottom as it just blows the hot air from the top. It's supposed to circulate around the whole oven but If there's a second layer beneath, it doesn't get cooked so I have to rotate layers half way through so that's not the most convenient.
Also another time I put toast on the top layer and for whatever reason the hot air suctioned the toast up onto the burner and it got stuck to the burner, started burning my toast!
Also don't like how loud the beeping (and the many beeps) is when food is ready, I have babies I don't want them to wake up due to the beeping!
I got it on a huge sale from best buy, so for what I paid for it, I'm happy, otherwise I wouldn't pay full price for it.

A lot of learning

It’s definitely a huge learning curve. While it does save me time. It doesn’t always cook the food throughly. I think once I learn everything properly then it will be amazing because it definitely saves me time. I like that it can do some many things including roasting a chicken and dehydrating fruit. It’s a good buy for sure. Also easy to clean due to the non stick rack but it gets tricky when cleaning the inside due to the bulky door. It’s like a giant toaster oven.

PERFECT

This air fryer is perfect for us. Most of our meals are for 2 and it’s just the right size to cook whatever we like. I’ve done chicken, fish, pork chops all done to perfection. The french fries are incredible!! I’m still having fun experiencing new meals. It’s a product I highly recommend.

I will never use regular oven

It is a great combination. I have been using air frying from Insignia before. The previous one had a bucket but the biggest drawback was the handle. It was the weak point and it broke off but still, it was working fine. Upon research found that all fryers with buckets have the same problem. This one has a door it is easy to place food in and take it out. The build quality is decent. The door still feels a little cheap. for now, it is doing great, and will update the review if comes off.

After doing research found this model to be the most versatile unit at a fair price. Makes cooking so easy and replaces several other appliances to allow for more counter space. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their first or replacement Air Fryer.
