The product was easy for me to install and I haven't had a problem with it. I had used a faucet filter in the past, but in my new house the faucet was an odd shape that would not work with one of those filters. In researching other filtering systems, I realized that many of those faucet filters had not filtered out as much as I would have wanted(like cysts and parasites).
My only complaint with this system is that I would love to be able to filter fluoride from the water without having to install a new faucet or whole house system. But, this was a simple filtration system that is easy to use, affordable, and which filters out many of cysts and parasites that are worrisome and that may be in tap water.

It is as simple as flipping the switch to get purified water out of my tap. I love it!

CITY WATER WAS STARTING TO GET AN SMELL OF CHLORINE AND WAS AT TIMES BROWN IN COLOR. PURCHASED THE SYSTEM AND AFTER A VERY EASY INSTALL I HAVE CONSISTANT GREAT TASTING WATER. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND IT PERFORMED BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THE SYSTEM EVEN IF YOU HAVE GREAT TASTING WATER NOW.

I love the Filtrete water filter system. It is so easy to change the filters. I can do it myself and do not have to ask my husband to help out. Easy on and easy off. Always have clear and fresh water. Love it!

The filter we purchased improved the taste of our water. Before, the water tasted of dirt, by using the filter our water tastes great. I will continue to buy this product and will recommend it to others.
