Received my 1st refrigerator in September had a lot of problems with the water dispenser was leaking water onto the floor. They replaced it with a new one several months later which this one is working very well. The only complaint we have is the icemaker is very slow and cannot keep up with two people in the house who use ice daily.

Overall, this unit is very nice from an aesthetic perspective. It makes great use of space with the way the interior is designed. I also like how the freezer drawers are separated making it easier for storage organization. One of the biggest issues is the ice maker. It does not make ice quickly and we often end up running out of ice (and it takes up to a week for the unit to fill back up). This is the biggest frustration with this unit.

We wanted a counter top 4 door refrigerator, that was counter depth. Going on over a month we have really enjoyed it. We looked at the Bosch 800, but chose the the F&P based on superior build quality. The drawers a really solidly built and easy to clean. Concerns with other refrigerators was the drawers seemed flimsy (the F&P opens at the bottom and feels solid) or trapped food (saw an open box for a different brand that had 4 doors and had food trapped, it was gross). We are a big fan of the water dispenser able to fill any container and the ice drawer (I like this rather than the door mounted ice dispensers since they never work right).

We upgraded as part of a kitchen remodel and love this refrigerator/freezer! The quad design is genius, especially the freezer portion with drawers versus the standard design of one large dumping ground. The water dispenser in the fridge portion is smartly designed and allows for ample storage with full shelves behind it.

We love this refrigerator. Just the right size, quiet, great layout, flexible fourth compartment allows us to move between freezer and refrigerator when needed. Water dispenser is low profile and auto ice cube in freezer means thin doors and extra space for jars and bottles. Never thought we would use the 'wine' bottle holders that come with it but we use them for wine, beer, kombucha, etc. Allows one to more efficiently use overall space. Would definitely recommend this refrigerator. It replaces a 23 cu ft LG and would never go back.
