This was the first gaming pc I bought and I bought a pretty pricefull for high quality gaming experiences. I appreciated the looks of the case, but because I'm not a computer expert, I don't know how the settings inside the pc itself was ideal, but the rgb lightings looked good. I'm enjoying my gaming experiences and more actions for my school like Zoom and documents. They are all above my expectations. Keep up the good work!

It's a wonderful machine and does exactly what I want it to do. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it default comes with such an abysmal amount of memory I had to upgrade it immediately.

After 4 years Microsoft windows will not find the validation for windows 10-11. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with them. Nothing. They wanted me to make up a new validation number. Still the same problems after the guy in India gave no help. HELP!!!!!

Normally, if a brand-new product was ordered and paid, WINDOWS activation process is automatic after the initial WINDOWS setup completed and the laptop connected to the internet. Since the SLC(Software License Code) is embedded in the BIOS. Entering a product key manually is not required, authentication or activation process is automatic, as mentioned. You need to login to your Microsoft account to activate Windows successfully without requiring to manually enter a validation or Windows product key.
