Wheels not for carpet .

I’m very happy with the Sero. Fantastic design like a sculpture.
I’m disappointed with the wheels, they don’t seem to work at all on carpet.
I would highly recommend the TV but not the wheels if the room or house is carpeted.
Any ideas please ?
