Already almost a week in and I'm very pleased with my new purchase. I guess I'm getting spoiled because of the SSD being incredibly fast in boot up and accessing programs and features. I only wish the SSD had a larger option but not complaining since a lot of features/data is cloud stored. There's no wait for apps or media. Looking forward to the future.

This laptop works well. I replace a similar HP Pavilion which died completely in 1 1/2 years.
This time I purchased Insurance.
Only negative I have found is there are only 2 USB ports and they are too close together to all room for a splitter to add ports.
