My only pain point is my own fault for not confirming my keyboard had a back light. Other than missing that feature, I love this laptop! It's quick and easy to navigate. It has a nice startup feature to walk you through things. I agreed to OneDrive upon setup but later decided I didn't want my personal info stored in the cloud. It was a little tricky to disconnect, but I figured it out and am no longer connected/syncing. The red x on files and folder when things wouldn't sync was annoying. I was looking for an upgrade to my existing HP that was about 10 years old, and I was not disappointed.

I bought this to replace an older Dell laptop that had seen better days. Its perfect for light correspondence and spreadsheet use in my living room chair. The backlit keyboard and the quick wake up make life better. Delivery was slow but thats more FEDEX than HP. Good news is that it crossed the ocean without catching any virus!
