wouldn't load from HP support site, couldn't be found in printer drivers when adding a new printer, wasn't connected when connected via usb, What a joke!!

I couldn't get a HP printer to work on a HP laptop. go figure.
i worry about stuff later that should simple when this straight forward easy stuff doesn't work.
i just hope the construction is good and keyboard keys don't break to be able to recommend.

The start up is fast, it's light weight, the keys are smooth, the speaker can be loud if needed, it's thin, and you know it's a quality computer while holding and using it. The transition from Windows 7 to 10 had been no problem and I really like the new interface. PCMover was used to transfer info from old to new computer and was very easy to use.
