This computer is awesome! I love how slim and light it is! I love that it’s white, you don’t see a lot of white laptops. It’s super fast and has a ton of awesome features (like a touchscreen). I’m not super techy so I didn’t really know what specifically To look for, but knew that I wanted a computer that would have enough storage for all my photos and allow me to do simple daily tasks without being overly complicated and I got exactly that with this laptop!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it! Sleek, lightweight, power button actually protected (unlike my old Dell - power on the outside so every I moved it or picked it up, shut it off. So frustrating! Come on, Dell designers!) decent speakers, quick-quick processing, my long fingers can actually use the full-size keyboard.

I love the laptop but I do not think they gave me exactly what I ordered. I ordered a white laptop and received silver, I also ordered light up keyboard and did not get that.

Very fast; check your USB-C, it does NOT have Display Link capability so any HP USB-C dock won't work with this PC, HP Support was very helpful in determining that.

Laptop is great and is super fast compared to my last one. The only complaints I have are I don't love the silver keyboard (even with the backlight) and that you have to press the "fn" button to have the function keys operate the way I am used to. Otherwise, I love this product.

Waited a month to receive this laptop and it was dead on arrival. After resetting the laptop, I had to send it back for repair. I waited another 8 days to received the repaired laptop and the repaired laptop failed out of the box. The repair ticket said "Extensive Testing..." This of course was total BS. I've owned 5 other HP laptops and have been very happy. This one though is the laptop from hell!
