I bought two of these computers and ensured they all had backlit keyboards. I was very impressed with the build quality and the price. I am giving it a 4 star as I am waiting to see how long they will last my family. Very good deal, and would buy again if it were necessary.

This is a very nice laptop and works really great! The only drawbacks are number lock doesn't have illumination when locked and it does not have synaptic pad lock out, this is very inconvenient due to my disability. Other than that it performs well and is everything you come to expect from HP.

Great video and features, but key nomenclature is VERY HARD to see under certain lighting conditions. Would prefer black keys with white nomenclature to improve contrast between the two. Would prefer bold type for nomenclature. It is almost iompossible to distinguish the "," and "." because they are so tiny.
