Hey what can I say from shipping to performance, my family’s new laptop arrived fatser than expected and runs fast as well! It doesn’t freeze when using my Cricut app and it doesn’t take too long to connect to intenet! What can I say but we love it. It’s only three days old, so if I run into any issues I will run back to post

Fine, but missing any way to disable the touchpad

I'm generally happy with the laptop, but was sorry to discover that HP does not provide any way to disable the touchpad while using an external mouse, while other HP laptops do provide that feature.

I purchase this for my child for her return to school and it is just what she needed in every way. It is thin and lightweight so she can carry it with no problem, and has more than enough storage so that she can save all her work and documents for school, research for class, textbooks, and much much more. She loves the backlight because she works at night and does not like to use a lot of light as not to hinder her roommate's sleep. This laptop goes above and beyond expectations for all students. WE ALL ARE IN LOVE WITH THIS LAPTOP!! It is a MUST BUY!!!

I've only used the computer a few times by now but it starts up very quickly, runs smoothly, and keeps cool. I use it mostly for video games and it functions really well so far. My biggest complaint is that after I uninstalled some programs that I neither need or want, they were reinstalled the next time I turned on my computer.

The keyboard is awesome and the speed response is fantastic. On reason I gave a 4 is I thought the rep told me it could hook to 5G and it only hooks 2.4 but overall still good.

I bought this laptop a few weeks ago because I needed a new laptop for school. Originally I wanted to the 2 in 1 laptop because of the sleek look and being about to rotate it whichever way comfortable. Unfortunately I confused myself and got a laptop that wasnt 2 in 1. Even though that was a bit disappointing at first, I didnt really care in the end. The laptop was customized to my needs and in the end, I really liked the color of the laptop (fog blue), the system seems to be doing good (processor & RAM), but the only thing I really dont like about this laptop is the camera. The camera quality on this laptop is terrible. I use zoom for all my classes and the camera is just really bad. Thats really the only really disappointing thing about it, otherwise its a good laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
