I had made some upgrades to the base model, and they worked out great.
The IPS screen is crisp, and the 512 Gb M2 drive makes the laptop start up and shut down in seconds.
Programs load fast, and the larger capacity allows for additional programs to be installed without worrying about storage space.

I LOVE this laptop! It's fast, has plenty of storage and meets my every need. It's weird that it doesn't have an internal DVR drive, but you can order a portable/external one that works just fine with it. I would highly recommend purchasing this HP laptop!

And the fact that HP does not email you a receipt of purchase but will ask for a review speaks volumes in terms of quality lack of control. Just hope the computer lasts a while. Side note, you can't use a stylus pen with this computer so that is pretty awful.
