Good Processor but missing out on small features

This computer seems excellent for the price with an AMD Ryzen 7 processor, 12GB of RAM, and a 512 SSD but it is missing out on small features that make it seem like a bad laptop. For example, the keyboard is not backlit, and the microphone on the computer is horrible as it only picks up audio if you are directly in front of the laptop. However, it is functional and gets the job done just not ideal. It is still a very good laptop for the price.

about one month in. should have gone with a darker color. That's my fault. BUT the BIG problem is this. I CAN NOT FIGURE OUT HOW THE "NUMERIC LOCK KEY" works. I can't see when it's off or on!!! help is hard to get

I purchased this laptop about one month ago for my personal use. Because I customized the configuration, it took longer to deliver. Everything works fine with the exception of the onboard microphone. For web conferences, the mic levels are inconsistent when I am talking to other participants. I've had to use my bluetooth speaker to provide a better experience. This is something that should be improved. Otherwise, the system is working as expected.
