I bought this going into a month or so...and my touch screen seem to not be working... Did not drop or do anything too it. Other than that i have enjoyed the laptop, but i have to figure out why my touch screen is not working.

I bought this computer for my daughter and she says that she likes the size and weight compared to her previous one. Works great but keyboard keys are too shiny and sometimes reflect the overhead light. This makes it sometimes difficult to type accurately. Feels a little weird when opening as the angle changes due to the design of the hinge.
The touchpad clicks a bit too loudly. The Ryzen and Radeon decals are a bit crooked and a bit annoying. Looks cool in fog blue and likes the volume and other keys that don't need to be pressed with the Fn key.

It's hard for people to hear me when I'm using headphones. It's brand new so this is disappointing because it's a big reason why I got the computer.

I needed a new laptop desperately so I chose this one because it is the same as my work computer. I had a very outdated laptop (Windows 7) and getting the new one set up took just a few minutes. I really liked how easy it was from start to finish, each step clearly indicated. It walks you through how to personalize and sync your old laptop to your new one which means I didn't lose any data. I like the keyboard set up and have been using the webcam feature a lot with family. It is fast and efficient and I love it!
