These do stain pretty easily. If that bothers you, I've found that
Bartenders Friend - cleaning product, does a good job of returning the shine.

This set features everything an advanced “home cooker” is looking for, however the quality is lack luster. Even following the rules of cooking with stainless, this cookware falls in line with a set of purchase in college. So disappointed in the quality.
