This set looks fantastic out of the box, and my husband who likes to cook much more than me was so excited to use them. He has been impressed so far, and says they cook so evenly. However, I am the one that washes them, and I am not a fan. They are so hard to clean! I get that I am used to nonstick, but we also use a lot of cast iron and that is way easier to clean even with having the extra step of seasoning it. I had seen that sometimes you may have to use Bar Keeper's Friend on these, and even with that sometimes I struggle to get them clean (and that is not anything burned or scorched on the pans, just from regular cooking). One time we did make something that slightly scorched and I literally spent 30 minutes cleaning the one pan!! And then they just spot so easily, I feel like they will never look as good as they did upon opening the box. We do have kind of hard water, but even using softened water and towel drying they just spot right away. This is my first stainless steel set so I have nothing to compare them too, but I personally wouldn't buy these again. For this amount of money you shouldn't dread using them for fear of what the cleaning process will be like, or how long it will take.

This cookware is absolutely wonderful. I was familiar with the brand having used it earlier in life, when I had lived in South America, however, the quality of the tri-ply is a huge step up from that which I had previously used. The food cooks evenly in these sturdy utensils.

I have had this set for at least 9 yrs. and love them. Yes with high heat they will get the interior rainbow colors, but so? doesn't affect their quality in cooking. They have a great weight and handles are comfortable. Would buy them again.
