Let's start with the saucepans - love the cool handles, feel of pot - heavy and ergonomic. Both saucepans are just the right size for everyday cooking.
Pans are awesome - the 11' skillet and Dutch oven are my favorite. I used the 11' skillet immediately to make potatoes and eggs - nothing burned and it had a nice crisp bottom. The Dutch Oven is the perfect size for everyday 'one-pot' meals. The two smaller fry pans are perfect for everyday and I cooked my omlette perfectly using a small amount of spray avocado oil - truly nonstick and no mess cleanup. We leave this pan on the counter and use every day - just wipe the remains of the eggs out and reuse.

WOW!
I never expected a set of pans that were so affordable to have such an impact on my family's cooking! I bought these to replace a set of Calphalon non-stick pans that kept getting scratches in the Teflon. Definitely time for them to go. Of course, my wife was hesitant about going away from Teflon to ceramic, but I reminded her again of the hazards of Teflon and she gave in. Now, she can't stop singing praises--both to me and this cookware! Thanks Tramontina!
As for the pans, the seasoning process is simple. It's essentially the same old seasoning process that I grew up with in the '80s. Heat a dry pan with oil and let it cool (with the oil still in it), repeat. Easy-peasy. Then came cooking the first fried egg. Again, WOW! No stick, even heat across the entire cook surface, heated and cooked faster on lower heat! Scrambled eggs were just as easy, and oh so fluffy! But the real test came in the form of white sauce. Again, WOW! Easy to control without burning as there were not hot/cold spots in the pan.
These pots and pans are excellent and I can't recommend them enough. In fact, I already suggested to my neighbor that she buy a set too!

These pots and pans are the best. They are smooth on the bottom so they won't scratch my glass top stove. The heat beautifully and the best thing about them is the ease of clean up! I barely have to scrub to get these clean. Love them.
