Fantastic cookware. Better than All-Clad in my opinion in performance and definitely price. Just make sure you don’t use super high heat while cooking; it’ll scorch everything.

I love this set, I received it as a housewarming gift and I’ve been having a blast cooking on it. The handles stay cool which is important for me. It’s true that it conducts heat much more efficiently than cast iron or Teflon, so I don’t need to use heat higher than 3-4 on my stove to achieve a super high heat. The lowest setting is almost not low enough, and I have to move it off the heat. It cleans up super nicely, and I’ll throw it in the dishwasher if I want it to be super shiny. I’m thinking of investing in Barkeeper’s Friend to make that easier.

I bought this set 6 months ago. I cook almost every day for my family of 6. This set has been great! It's sturdy, beautiful. Not hard to clean if you are willing to care for it. It's worth that. These were the qualities which sold me on these pans: price value, handles are easy to grasp, tri-ply clad construction, oven safe. Food stays hot because of the tri-ply design. For the first time I have pans designed to keep food hot. I am learning to season the fry pans for non-stick cooking. I'm so excited; I'm even scrambling eggs in them! That's one job I used to save for a nonstick skillet. I use all 3 sizes of saucepans. For my family size the 5.5 qt covered deep saute pan is perfect. These pans are versatile. I have used them in the oven.
