This is a great set! I also purchased with a 12" fry pan to round it out. The stainless surface is great. For people not used to stainless they will need to understand that discoloration does sometimes happen and that surfaces are relatively non-stick as long as you pre-heat the pan and keep it in the medium to medium high temp range. Scratches are also normal for stainless cookware (It is metal and metal scratches). However, long term my stainless pans have held up better than anything else. I have a 4qt stainless pan from another manufacturer that is over 20 years old and is just as solid as the first day that I bought it. This set should last that long or longer even with heavy use.

Love this cookware set. Did a lot of research comparing these to other name brand stainless steel sets. These pots and pans perform as well as the others. Have great balance and clean up easy. I truly enjoy cooking with these.
