Its not very powerful, mine broke down within a couple of uses. It doesnt chop well. It waa replaced by cuisinart and have not used new one. Customer service at Cuisinart is great.

Works great use it for my fruit smoothie in the morning. Also great at chopping nuts for cookies or cake, or just a topping for ice creame or pudding.

Cusinart, always a seller of good products, this one doesn't stand out. Seems weak and struggles with frozen fruit and ice. Rattles a great deal when blending for a smoothie. Will use it for mixing less hard materials.

After about 15-20 uses, it's already broken. Very poor quality, would always overheat and shut down. I'm glad it was a recognition gift from work although I could've chosen something else instead and probably have gotten something else that would have lasted longer.

I received this blender as a gift while living at home. I enjoyed using it weekly for a year or two, then it sat in the cupboard because I had no use for it. Tried to use it the other day, and the blender doesn't receive any power. Even if the blender is 10 years old, I think it should still work. I thought Cuisinart made higher quality, and longer lasting products.
