never in a million year would I ever buy something like this, did not think I would ever use one however, I did get one as a gift and let me tell you we have had smoothies 3 times a week myself and my husband and it is so easy yogurt,juice and fruit and Bam -Delish. I am a true believer I would let all my friends know about this product. thank you

This blender works okay but I bought it because I wanted it to chop ice and it got a high rating for that. I’m only chopping about 4 ice cubes at a time in the travel cup. The blender still leaves some larger pieces of ice. Maybe it works better with larger amounts of ice in the bigger blender container, but I haven’t tried that since I only need a small amount of ice for the single serving of soft serve ice cream that I’m making. I am disappointed that it doesn’t chop the ice finer.

We've had our Cuisinart Portable Blender for several months now & are very happy with it. We've had other brands where the rubber gaskets failed really soon. The Cuisinart is holding up very well we use it 5-7 times per week.

Love it. My only complaint is that it over heats if trying to make 3-4 consecutive smoothies. Frozen fruits need to be partially thawed before blending. Perfect addition to my Cuisenart family of small appliances.
