I had this model before, used it at home & at work. The dependability is awesome. I had bought a cheaper brand & it didn't last a year. So I did what I should have done in the first place, bought this coffeemaker. Plus the coffee tastes so much better

We have found this coffee maker to be excellent. I would note one thing about the filter. We find that if you use the paper filter as well, a lot of the water is retained and less coffee brewed. We eliminated the paper filter and all is great.
