I purchased This about 6 weeks ago. I love the features and the ease of use. However, there are 2 things I don't really like. The display does not light up when programming and it is a bit small. Plus the coffee pot itself does not have a flip top. You need to pry the lid off. But it is all workable. It does make great coffee and I love the permanent basket. So much easier than the paper filters. Cleans up well.

This is a good coffee maker with lots of features, like the temperature adjust for the warming plate. The only criticisms I can make is the water fill location. With the lid in the way, it is very hard to fill without spilling water. Other than that, it works great.
