After reviewing many coffee makers I bought this brand and model. We love the Cuisinart 12 cup brew central. The only down fall I wish it had is a light to the clock. The window of the clock needs a light so you can see while programming it.

We bought this coffee maker in a pinch when our former (of another brand) suddenly ceased to work. This coffee maker was the only one available. But our Cuisinart coffee maker is in no way a compromise! It brews perfectly, we love the programmable feature and we love the adjustable temperature for the hot plate. The stainless casing looks beautiful in our kitchen. We are very pleased in every way.
