I’ve had this model for years. I’ve had to replace 3x but it gets daily use and I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth. When my last one died I purchased the new model Cuisinart® PerfecTemp® 14-Cup. I used it for 2 weeks. It was awful. The coffee didn’t get hot. I returned it and repurchased this one. Makes great hot coffee. I’m sold on this mode for life. Please don’t ever change it Cuisinart

We like the 12 cup coffeemaker. The only complaint is that the number of cups is not reflected on the outside of the coffeemaker. Our old one had this feature.
