I wish it had see through panel to tell how much water pouring in. I don't pour mine from coffee pot, I spray water from sink. Can't tell how much without looking down in water reservoir. The little silver on switch seems ok for now, just w/o,see if they ever get broke off, cause sticks out. I had an old Cuisinart pot and loved it too. I would recommend to others

Read the ratings in Consumers and decided on this unit. It makes great coffee when using paper filter. We didn't care for coffee when using metal filter.The only thing that we don't like is how you have to be on top of the unit to view water level. My wife is short.

THIS COFFEE POT LIVES UP TO ITS REPUTATION FOR BREWING A DELICIOUS POT OF COFFEE. ONE ITEM NEEDS TO BE ADDRESS,HOWEVER, THAT IS THE PROCESS OF ADDING WATER TO THE RESERVOIR. I FIND IT A LITTLE AWKWARD IN TRYING TO SEE THE MEASUREMENT SCALE INSIDE THE UNIT. NEEDS RE-DESIGN TO SHOW A INDICATOR ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE POT, OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT ITEM.

I bought this coffee maker awhile ago and it is great. I love the programmable features as i can set it to start brewing 15 minutes before I wake and I have fresh coffee when I get up!. It keeps the coffee hot for two full hours and then will automatically cut off.
