This coffee maker makes great brew. My only critique is that the clock and the neighboring dials (prog, brew strength, auto, etc) are very difficult to read-small figures and unlit, thus dark.

Over a Decade later - Still love it

I have had this coffee maker for over ten years. There is not a single thing that i dislike about it. I set it to auto start every morning so by 415am I have hot fresh coffee every morning waiting for me. It’s easy to use, easy to program, easy to clean. The only reason why I’m on the site now is because after 12 years of daily use, it’s begun to leak from the base. I don’t know how or why, but it was well worth the money and I will gladly buy the exact same one

Its been a few weeks using this coffee maker. I like how it keeps the coffee hot and fresh. Its not loud. The only thing I wish I could see is how much water it has from outside too.

This is a great coffee maker. There are only two complaints, and they are minor. First, the water fill lines or steps inside the CM are hard to see, especially if you are making less than a full pot. The second complaint would be reading the clock. It's very dark, with no backlight and hard to discern if you don't have a very bright overhead light on. On the positive side, it's a well-designed, beautiful machine and the coffee is delicious and piping hot. It also brews a full pot in about 12 minutes. I hope it lasts a very long time.

I own an older model of this very one as well. Love them both. I enjoy that I can brew 4 cup and less while still able to brew up to a 12 cup for guests. Each to operate
