I am very happy overall with this coffeemaker. The only thing I don't like is that there is no water level gauge on the outside of the coffee maker. You have to look inside where you pour the water in to see how many cups you have poured in. I happen to pour in the water from a spring water jug, and the last coffeemaker we purchased had a gauge on the outside so you could see how much you were pouring in. Otherwise I have no negative comments about this coffeemaker. It works great and is of high quality.

After at least 7 coffee makers of all different brands with all different problems, I purchased my final and best brewer. Read the instructions, replace the monthly filter and you won't have to do to Starbucks any more. I get a chime when its ready and when the burner shuts off and when a cleaning is required. In years to come, they will probably add the little man that fills the water and scoops the coffee. But in the meantime, my little hubby does this at night so I can flip the switch in the morning.

I have had this for about a year now . The glass carafe leaks when you pour it and or drips everywhere and makes a mess. The back leaks every single time I make coffee no matter if it’s 6 or 12 cups
I bought this thinking it would be better than a MR coffee. I’m going back to that. This thing has not made my coffee time amazing like I wanted .

Would not recommend. Had issues from beginning. Coffee maker always made loud noises all through the brewing cycle, including excessive steam throughout brewing cycle. Serval times the water would not flow up from the reservoir even though the coffee maker had gone through a cleaning cycle. Ended up throwing out coffee maker after 2 months and buying a different model.
