The lid on the carafe comes off too easily; especially when you’re pouring coffee. Also, there’s no brew strength adjustment. Otherwise, it makes great coffee.

We enjoy coffee for breakfast. Brew Central does make very good coffee. I have tried the gold filter as well as it with a paper filter and the coffee tasted the same. The paper filter added just makes clean-up easier.
