Excellent product! Keeps coffee very hot. Brews excellent coffee. Auto programming works very well. The only drawback is that you can’t see how much water you are putting in it. That part is a poor design. If there was a clear plastic on the back corner you could see how much water you are putting in to it. So, instead I just fill it to the top, 12 cups.

This is a replacement for the identical unit purchased over a decade ago. It sprung a leak after 11 years of continuous use. As this was the best coffeemaker I've ever owned, I was delighted that it was still being made and offered for sale.
