I don’t know what’s happened to Cuisinart. I bought a replacement carafe for this machine that I’ve had for probably 10 years. The carafe has lost its cup measurement lines in the space of 6 months. And trying to get in touch with someone is challenging to say the least.

Bought this to replace the same model Cuisinart coffeemaker. Several engineering changes which have improved this machine. Lid for the coffee pot is much easier to remove and the end of cycle beep is louder. This is a very good coffeemaker for the price. I use it once a day and the previous coffeemake lasted at least five or six years.

This is my second purchase of this wonderful coffee pot. (After owning my previous one for YEARS) Always have the best of luck with Cuisinart. Will always stick with this brand. I have found that I have to lower the temperature from hot to a few notches lower. Almost melted my face off. Love the option to have the coffee brew at the set time you choose. Easy program for the time and timer. Highly recommend! A+

I use this coffee maker every day. This is my second machine and I just purchased it as a replacement for a normal coffee pot that finally wore out. We had one in our vacation cabin and decided to get one for the main house. I make anywhere from 6 to 12 cups at a time and it is always perfect. Coffee maker is easy to use and easy to clean. I love it.

I’m thankful you replaced my coffeemaker that stopped working within 1 year of purchase. The customer service was great but when I opened my new one... the box was broken and looks used. Not ok during this time to get this to replace your mistake.
