Very happy with this reliable and well working coffee maker. If I had any criticism, I would say that making a see-thru water level viewer would be easier than the 'step system' they have in this model. Sometimes it's hard to see down into the machine to measure the correct amount of water.

This is the only coffeemaker that brews as well as my old one did. I had been searching for a programmable for several years, but kept returning them because the coffee was so bad. This has a cone filter, rather than a basket, and that makes all the difference.

Makes a great cup of coffee. Design is okay, but unexceptional. The one real mistake is that one cannot see water levels inside. If one is tall enough to look down inside the back of the machine, the all black plastic reservoir and white plastic stair-step cup level design is essentially illegible when filling with (clear) water. Even the cheapest makers on the market have easy-to-read clear water level indicators on the front or side. This is a premium maker and this design flaw should have been fixed long ago. But it makes a great cup of coffee.

Coffee pot works great. Wish there was better view of fill level, like side sight glass. I've had it for 3 months. One overflow because I didn't get the pot positioned properly.
