The carafe was scraped and had to be replaced. The top wouldn’t fit tightly and leaked water and coffee whenever it was poured. Very disappointing.

This is the only coffeemaker I will buy. I've tried a couple other brands, but none of them measure up to the Cuisinart. I look forward to my morning cup of coffee made in my pretty red Cuisinart every day. It is easy to use...and one of the best things that I like, is that the lid comes off of the glass carafe, making it easy to clean. I hate the ones where the lid is attached to the carafe. Very inconvenient. Keep making this feature on the Cuisinart. I wish you made blue coffeemakers. I am a true fan of the Cuisinart products.

This machine has performed excellent so far.. You do not need to add alot of coffee for it to be strong because of the V shaped filter. I like it .. Also it shows you how long the heater will be on .

More expensive than some brands but keeps serves/keeps coffee nice and hot. Hopefully it will last longer than the 3 Mr. Coffees I had that made the 1 year warrantee then died. This one is warranteed 3 years. I like that it tells you how long it's been on. Auto off in 2 hours but you can always start again.

brews great coffee. Odd design of controls, and display is small and not very bright. Can't see water fill volume from outside the unit, makes it a little hard to fine tune how much you put in, you just look down in there, its dark.

This is a great coffee maker! Love that it's programmable, has a water filter, and 3 burner heat settings. And it looks great, doesn't take up too much space. Please do not ever discontinue this model. This is 3rd I've had, first black, then red, now black stainless finish, very handsome.

Love the Cuisinart brand. Their style, their reliability and most of all their customer service. I’ve got the first generation of this same model coffee machine in my Florida home that is going on 10 years of everyday use. This new model swapped stainless for black stainless look. Everything else appears the same, same great features and design , machine does brew slightly stronger and faster than my 10 year old babe but no complaints on that.
