Our previous Cuisinart 12 cup coffeemaker lasted 11 years when the switch suddenly gave out. I was pleased to learn that the same model was still available. So far, this coffeemaker appears to be of comparable high quality as the last one. I hope it lasts as long.

It just makes great coffee. The cone shaped filter means you get a more concentrated coffee flavor while actually using less coffee. It maintains an even (and adjustable!) temperature without burning the brew. Easy to program and has a charcoal filter. Love it! The only one I’ll buy now.

This is the best coffee maker for my needs I've ever had. This is my second purchase of the exact same model after many years of using the first one. I would have been very disappointed if I were not able to purchase this same model again.

I hesitated on getting this coffee maker because of some of the poor reviews about leaking and the toggle switch breaking. I have had this a month and so far it’s great. The only drawback is that you can’t see the water levels from the outside. So I just use the carafe to measure the water needed.

I purchased a black stainless steel model at the end of April. By July it was overheating and no longer brewing drinkable coffee. Quo’s inset replaced coffee maker free of charge; however, it was not replaced in kind. Long story short the model I purchased was more expensive. Regardless, I am hopeful that this coffee maker will last more than 3 months.
