This a very well built and easy to use coffee maker. The water filter is great and the brewing system gets all the coffee wet. The hot plate temperature control is perfect for keeping the coffee hot and not boiling.

While it works good it lacks measuring window to know water level for less than 8 cups. You have to look down the waterbox to try and see level. As with other cuisinart products i owned there are too many parts that need to be cleaned but end up being ignored because its difficult to remove.

This is our second coffeemaker - we loved the first so much that after 10 years we purchased the same one. It is easy to use, makes great coffee, very stylish and is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.
