Favorite coffee maker, mine had stopped working after many years and I had a West Bend pot that I got out to use. Took one day and that day we went out and bought our Cuisinart. My husband said it was a total greatness in the Cuisinart and we would do without from now on until we can get out and get a new one. Our other one was about nine years old so hopefully this one will last at least that long.

The best thing about it is the carafe, no drips while pouring.
other than that ;the clock is almost impossible to see because it is too dark.
then there is the operation you have to turn the knob if you want to turn it on before the auto brew.
I would have returned it if the box hadn't been thrown out.

Love the unit. Does everything that we need for our morning cup of coffee. Like the 1-4 setting for those days that we just need a small amount to brew. Just wish that it had a little longer cord by about 4".

After going thru 4 cheap coffeemakers I decided to shop for more quality than price. My in-laws have had there Cuisinart coffeemaker for years so I bought one and we love it. It is a well built unit that brews coffee very fast and quiet.
