This is our second Brew Central and the first one lasted about 12 years, it developed a leak in the bladder that holds the water. Other than that we never experienced a problem.

This is a replacement for our 12 cup coffeemaker. The problem is that there is no measuring line on the outside of the machine. It is very hard to measure the water.
