Only lasted 18 months before failures began

I bought this watch to track physical data. While it was gray when it was working, paying as much as I did for only 18 months of use is not acceptable IMO.

Not worth the money

This watch only lasted 18 months before it stopped working. The charge condition/level would no longer indicate the device was being charged. GPS accuracy initiation caused the device to turn off. A factory reset did no good as far as rebooting the software or battery issues. The functionality and features of the device when working are great. For a device to only last this short of time with no support is unacceptable IMO.

Best deal so far

It arrived to me safe and sound. Garmin-Instinct Solar Camo Edition is solid brand New. Yet to test to use. My expectation to this store and product is leveled up. I am charging the item as I write. So far, so good. I looked forward to usability of this powerful watch. I thanked Garmin dealer and LBC delivery.

I received this watch from my wife for Father’s Day 2023, it replaced my fossil gen 4 smart watch. I love my Garmin Instinct Solar.

Too complicated

Directions are useless. A app needs to be developed like Citizen has to navigate through all the settings and features. The alarm just keeps repeating even in the off mode. I wasted money and will never begin to recommend a Garmin watch. Nothing against the seller, it’s just a poorly designed watch with very little attention to operating instructions.

Too complicated

Operating instructions are no good. I struggled with this watch for a week and gave up. Not user friendly at all.

Lack of worldwide support

I bought l one in Set 27th 2022 and last month it start to shutdown by itselft when I start any activity. Now I find out that Garmin doesn't have worldwide support and as I bought in US, now that I'm back in Brazil I've just loose the watch. I'm very disapointed
