I sent this to my 2-year-old niece. It feels realistic with its soft body and the face and limbs are nicely sculpted. I also bought another Mine to Love doll from Melissa and Doug, which is the same size as Brianna. This gives me a way to make extra clothes for my niece's doll.

Just a bad doll

We we're so excited to order this doll. Unfortunately when she finally arrived she was not all asoictured. She's small, quite small, her hair is flat, stuck to her head and has no shape at all! She definitely does not have the bouncy curls as shown. Her outfit looks cheap and would easily pill from washing or rubbing from being held. The accessories are also very cheap, no where near life like. We are outrageously disappointed and will be returning her.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brianna doll - our daughter LOVES her

My daughter is 19 months old, and I just got her this doll because she was playing with dolls at friends' houses and making all of her animals, rubber duckies, etc., kiss each other. She LOVES LOVES LOVES it. She promptly started calling it her baby, she carries it everywhere, she tells us about her baby, she changes the baby, she sleeps with the baby.... My only complaint (and it's a pretty small one) is that while it's nice that the body is soft, it would also be nice if it was just a little more anatomically correct; she was a little baffled the first time she tried to "change" the baby's diaper (I separately bought a doll diaper changing kit), and kept asking me to take "off" what I think she thought was sort of a unitard. Plus, she likes talking about her bellybutton, and she keeps pointing out the doll's body features, so I think she'd like to be able to see the doll's bellybutton. That said, that has in no way dampened her obsessive love for this doll, and she dropped the issue after our first conversation about it. It is entirely possible that she would have loved any doll we gave her, but I can definitely report that she is in love with Brianna.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Daughter Loves This Doll!

My daughter received this doll for her second birthday. She is three now and it's still her favorite. It fits in her doll stroller and play shopping cart so it's great for pretend play.
Pros: Durable, Entertaining, Fun, Realistic
Cons: Hard to clean, small

I bought this doll for my granddaughter's birthday which was 4 months ago. She loves the doll but I am disappointed with the hair and clothes. You absolutely can't brush the hair and it becomes a ratty mess very quickly. The clothing is made from thin material and is already "pilling" so I'm looking for new clothes. I would not buy this doll again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
