I had purchased a new HP desktop less than 2 years ago and a Windows update completely wiped it out. I had two different IT people try to help me fix it, but since I needed my computer to run my small business, I felt it was best to just buy a new one that I could rely on. I got another HP all in one, this one has an even bigger screen and so far I love it! Set up was a breeze and it is fast, has great clarity and doesn't take up much space. I purchased the extra insurance in case Microsoft decides to try to wreck another computer, but am hoping this one will last a long time!
