[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old hand blender died and I found this one online and already loving KitchenAid appliances I figured I'd enjoy an upgrade. I'm so happy with my purchase. I lovelovelove the one button which allows you to smoothly adjust the speed through finger pressure. The construction is sturdy and I can put the head in the dishwasher without a heap of water getting caught in it. The cord is a decent length too. The unit just feels durable. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a jam maker, and make small batches everyday. This blender is perfect to mix the hot jam before bottling. It is on constant rotation in my kitchen.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to blend my big pots of veggie and pumpkin soups with a food processor and was tired of having to ladle hot cooked veggies into a food processor small amounts at a time then pour it into a second large pot then wash and clean all the individual pieces to the food processor. Now I just use my kitchen aid hand blender straight into the full pot of cooked up veggies and in 4-5 minutes the whole lot enough for 8 bowls of soup is done. Very powerful and Works better than I expected and just a simple rinse under the tap and it’s clean. Was also impressed the way it blends up avocado into a smooth past in no time. An awesome bit of gear and would highly recommend it.
