[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cordless chopper is so handy and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. My kitchen is complete. Easy to use, easy to wash and sits beautifully on my kitchen bench top. I recommend this product and love the pourer on top for making pesto and dips. You won’t be disappointed

Worked well until it died

After 12 months of good use, the chopper started being unreliable. We would have to jiggle the lid to align the elements for it to work. Now, 17 months in, we just can't get the elements to align and the unit will not chop. As we own two, we are able to check what is wrong. The problem is the bowl (not the lid and the unit is fully charged).
