Big Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so disappointed in the cordless food chopper. Wanted to update my old Cuisinart one but will go back to that one. The Kitchenaid one is so difficult to work. Watched the video, read the instructions and yet everytime I try to use it it doesn't work. Have to remove all the food , take it apart and try and try and try to get it started. Not sure what the issue is but it shouldn't be this difficult!

Defective Unit - Poor Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit I received was defective. Customer service has been slow and incredibly asinine and no solution has been provided. I usually buy Kitchenaid products and took a risk here and wish I hadn't. I will go back to using Kitchenaid products 100%.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main reason I bought this was because I saw on their website that you could use it to make bruschetta and pico. I love both of these things but hate having to manually chop everything. It turned my pico into watery salsa even with me just pulsing, but oddly left some big chunks of tomatoes as well. There’s nothing else that I can do on here that I couldn’t already do with my nutribullet. We lost power (Illinois recently had state wide damaging storms) for 6 days and I used this to puree papaya for my infant. A ripe papaya is pretty juicy and soft as is, and it would not blend, as without power I couldn’t use my nutribullet. Ended up mashing with fork. Pretty useless, will probably donate to goodwill.
