Being Kitchenaid I expected the base to be cast metal, not plastic. It feels cheap and nasty if I’m to be honest.

Love my new cordless chopper. It works brilliantly- chops onions quickly and evenly. Being able to move it to wherever I need to use it is so convenient. Easy to clean. Great for when I only need to chop an onion so I don’t have to use my full size Artisan food processor.
