Had this for roughly 2 months now. First impressions weren't great. The glasstop stains/discolors easily. And just recently the "Hot Cooktop" indicator light will not turn off even though all burners have been off for awhile and top is cool to the touch. Otherwise, this is a decent product with it's dual burners, warming zone and double oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We advise resetting your range by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function and turn the "Hot Cooktop" indicator off, this will require service by a qualified technician. Solid Oven

Like multiple burner options as well as warming zone. Touch screen is responsive. Did have troubles with our first touch screen. Left side did not work. Replacement oven works as expected.

Hard to keep looking nice

It looks nice and works fine. I wanted to love it but it is so difficult to clean the stainless on the front and front panel. Stays streaky and shows every fingerprint. Also, the top is black but after every use it gets discolored white areas that don’t come off. It was delivered with a damaged knob so we are returning for a different model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far I am very happy, but only had for two weeks

I love the look and the features. Very clean looking. The size of the ovens is perfect. FYI. Convection features are only in bottom oven.
Rating as a 4 as I have not had the oven long enough to test how it hold up long term.

Defective unit

Bought this oven because I trust GE appliances for being reliable. My previous GE profile oven was 15 years old and I replaced it right before Thanksgiving because it was showing signs of dying and I needed to make sure that I had a reliable oven for hosting the holiday. Super disappointed to say the unit has multiple issues from a fan that runs extremely loud periodically, the zero on the control panel is finicky, the burners don’t seem to heat up properly and the air fryer feature seems to take too long to cook food. I called my dealer and was told the soonest they can get someone here is 12/6. As a result cooking Thanksgiving dinner was a real nail biter not knowing if this thing was gonna work properly for a full day of cooking. I

Very nice range minus a couple of flaws

A good range, very stylish. easy to use, cooks and bakes very well. My major complaint is only two broil settings low and high ( my last range had 5) and a minor complaint is that even in the loudest setting the timer volume is too low to hear unless I'm in the kitchen.
