Very nice range minus a couple of flaws

A good range, very stylish. easy to use, cooks and bakes very well. My major complaint is only two broil settings low and high ( my last range had 5) and a minor complaint is that even in the loudest setting the timer volume is too low to hear unless I'm in the kitchen.

Like multiple burner options as well as warming zone. Touch screen is responsive. Did have troubles with our first touch screen. Left side did not work. Replacement oven works as expected.

Already having problems

We purchased this stove December of last year, it has ha very light use. This week the control board has malfunctioned. Warranty is one year but we are continuing to contact GE
This is to new to start having trouble

Good features.

I like the double oven and the idea of the convection feature, although I have yet to use it. A little "old school" here. Have one question that I'm looking to have answered...realizing the fan will turn on to keep the oven at the set temp and to cool it off after use, should it come on as soon as I set the temp? This happens in both the upper and lower ovens.
I also like the large cooktop area. I can fit several large pans on it at once. never could do this on my old built-in cooktop. This is also a beautiful looking appliance. I look forward to may years of wonderful meals!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best yet. It's wonderful. My previous stove was a piece of junk. Didn't have it long and it broke and no one could fix it. GE products are the best quality I've had yet. Still have my GE fridge for over 30 years and it's still working. So what does that say...

I’m a bit concerned about this purchase. Only have it for a month, I noticed today that the glass top has a scratch on it! I’ve had at least three stoves with glass tops and never had any problems. Our last stove was 20 years old, hardly a mark.
I really wish that the timer would ring much louder. Never had a stove with such a wimpy timer.
I’ve baked bread in it and yes the “proof” setting worked fine however would be nice to be able to set a temperature if I prefer it warmer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that you noticed a small scratch on your glasstop. Before using the glass cooktop for the first time, we recommend cleaning it with an approved cooktop cleaner like Weiman's or CeramaBryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner. This helps protect the cooktop and makes cleanup easier. Daily use of this cleaner will also help keep the cooktop looking new. Use of sponges or cleaners other than those recommended can result in damage to the cooktop.

Normal Daily Use Cleaning:

- If using the cream version of CeramaBryte® Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner (WX10X300), shake the cleaning cream well and apply a few drops directly to the cooktop. If using the spray version of CeramaBryte® Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner (WX10X391), spray a small amount on the cooking surface.
- Use a paper towel or CeramaBryte® Cleaning Pad (WX10X350) to clean the entire cooktop surface.
- Use a dry cloth or paper towel to remove all cleaning residue. There is no need to rinse; however, it is important that you do not heat the cooktop until the cream has been cleaned off.
