Convenient and consistent cooking and baking

It took a bit of getting used to the bottom oven - there is no drawer below it as we were used to (the top oven takes up that space). But it’s been great - I can bake two sheets of cookies (that don’t like to share an oven) at the same time, and even though the ovens are different sizes the baking time is exactly the same.
We switched from LP gas to electric and I was worried that the cooktop would not be as responsive — in fact not only is it more responsive than gas, I can bring a larger pot of water to a boil wayyyyy faster. We’ve had it a little less than a year now and I’m really pleased with it.

The oven has many issues

When you set the temperature on either oven the LED will indicate it has reached your desired temperature and the preheat bell will chime. The oven temperature is a minimum of 100 degrees less than what is indicated on the LED than what you set. I had two service calls that they could not fix. What has suggested “Preheat signals when the temperature is hot enough to add food: This is found on many newer models with an audible Preheat signal. Preheat will signal at about 7 to 12 minutes. The oven is not at the set temperature; however, the oven is hot enough to add most food items that require a preheated oven.” This is incorrect when the LED indicates (i.e., 375*) it’s not it is at 200* or 224*, it takes at least 20 minutes more for the oven to reach your desired set temperature. You must use a good oven thermometer for accuracy and not rely on the LED indicator on the oven. I believe it is an issue with the computer however I cannot get any resolution. It is very difficult to clean and remove stains. What was suggested “As to the burner, even if you have not actually used that particular burner, it is still exposed to heat from the other burners. Being exposed to high temperatures, the burners are going to discolor.” I don’t cook anything at high heat. I believe the burner caps were not correctly coated. It only happens to two burner caps. That I have not used. The burner caps I have used and spilled on were easy to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally a double oven

I was skeptical but after using it for 2 months now I truly love it. Both ovens are large enough for everything. The lower oven is easier to get into than expected and really love the air fryer option. Very happy with my purchase.
