Good oven but more complicated than it needs to be

The oven and cooktop work great, but as an older customer, it is way more confusing than it needs to be. From setting the temperature, to setting the timer, to turning on the burners, it just is too many options that are not that obvious to use. I selected "Product Quality" below, but it was just one of a few options provided by my contractor. Quality is excellent though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve owned one before but this one is much nicer. Just installed it in the new kitchen so haven’t had a chance to fire it up. Love the air fryer option too!

Great Oven

The double oven is beautifully designed and oriented to what you do most. I can make some chicken breasts in the top oven while making loaded baked potatoes/cauliflower in the lower oven. Or with the air-frier below, making French fries are a breeze and come out perfect every time. I would definitely recommend this appliance to everyone looking for a double oven!

We have only had this oven for about a month, but so far love it's features.
It's nice to be able to pop in pizza or cookies into the upper oven and not have to wait for a long preheat time.
We haven't tried the air fry feature, yet, but do look forward to that, as friends say it is a great feature.
