New Double Oven Electric Range

This is our first double-oven range. So far it is a huge improvement over our last range which was a Whirlpool. We have been very impressed with all the ne features. We can't wait to try the air fry feature! We are looking forward to our next GE Profile purchase - a new clothes washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not buy it!

Bought 7/22/23. one month later all three back burners shorted out. First week of October both ovens stopped working along with the oven's control display. Very dissatisfied customer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m a bit concerned about this purchase. Only have it for a month, I noticed today that the glass top has a scratch on it! I’ve had at least three stoves with glass tops and never had any problems. Our last stove was 20 years old, hardly a mark.
I really wish that the timer would ring much louder. Never had a stove with such a wimpy timer.
I’ve baked bread in it and yes the “proof” setting worked fine however would be nice to be able to set a temperature if I prefer it warmer.

We are sorry to hear that you noticed a small scratch on your glasstop. Before using the glass cooktop for the first time, we recommend cleaning it with an approved cooktop cleaner like Weiman's or CeramaBryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner. This helps protect the cooktop and makes cleanup easier. Daily use of this cleaner will also help keep the cooktop looking new. Use of sponges or cleaners other than those recommended can result in damage to the cooktop.
Normal Daily Use Cleaning:
- If using the cream version of CeramaBryte® Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner (WX10X300), shake the cleaning cream well and apply a few drops directly to the cooktop. If using the spray version of CeramaBryte® Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner (WX10X391), spray a small amount on the cooking surface.
- Use a paper towel or CeramaBryte® Cleaning Pad (WX10X350) to clean the entire cooktop surface.
- Use a dry cloth or paper towel to remove all cleaning residue. There is no need to rinse; however, it is important that you do not heat the cooktop until the cream has been cleaned off.

Love the double oven! Perfectly sized burner eyes!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this range! I love having the double ovens, and have found that I use the small one so often. It’s great to not have to heat up a huge space just for a small item. However, I’m also looking forward to the holidays when I’ll have both ovens at my disposal. I read one review that complained about the glass cooktop staining. However, I’ve had multiple glass cooktops, and they’ve all had this issue! So far, this one has been just as good if not better than every other one I’ve had. It’s been installed for about three weeks, and I don’t have any staining at all. You just have to stay ahead of it with the proper glass cooktop cleaners. I love having the multiple sizes of the burners, as so far, I’ve had the perfect size for every pan that I’ve used! I found the touchpad for the oven to be very intuitive, and didn’t even have to look at the book to see how to use it. Even the clock was easy to set! So, as long as it lasts well, I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a slide in with a double oven.
