Took 3 times to burn the oil out of the oven the smoke was so bad we had to open windows and I had a sore throat. Harder to clean than suggested. The front control panel gets hot when using stove. If I knew this I would not have bought it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish we would have known that the range does not overlap the counter tops the installation looks bad with the gaps between the stove and counter tops

Overall, it has been working very nicely the control knobs stupidfor the burners are shaky at best feel like they’re going to just come off in your hand. We did not know there would be a gap between the stove and countertops. Hopefully we can fix that.

We love our range! It is sleek, modern and convenient. The controls are intuitive and not subject to accidental actuation. The dual ovens work great. They heat evenly and accurately and come in super handy when doing holiday cooking.

Glas top is inferior don't see it lasting for long, very hard to clean. Only after a few days and its already showing wear I use the stove top cleaner to clean it. Touch pad can accidentally start potential hazard for those with small kids.

We want to help with some information towards cleaning the cooktop. We suggest checking pages 18 through 20 inside the user manual, as this section goes over everything that is needed to maintain the cooktop. The most important being to clean it after every use.
